LINKED OVALS, EARTHY RHYTHM
A light beige base carries connected dark-brown oval rings, each centred by a gold-beige block with a stepped white outline. White triangular points separate the ovals, while diagonal gold-and-beige borders and fine picot-style edging complete the geometric repeat.

This 1971 British New Old Stock cotton jacquard was among the later-dated designs in the same UK textile collection. Its linked-oval weave is no longer manufactured, preserving a distinctive early-seventies approach to compact geometric patterning.

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
