Returns & Order Cancellation:
We want you to be happy with your Bluebird Guitar Strap. If you're not completely satisfied, customers within the European Union may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their product.

How to Return a Product:
Simply complete the cancellation form below within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the return details.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be shipped using a Track & Trace service with signature upon delivery.

Refunds:
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
For complete order cancellations, the purchase price and standard shipping costs will be refunded.
If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Product Condition:
Products should be returned in good condition. If a returned product shows signs of excessive use, damage, alteration, or is returned incomplete, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Custom & Personalized Products:
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
