FRENCH WEAVE, BRITISH DISCOVERY
A textured beige base carries stylised florals in amber, tobacco brown and deep chocolate. Flowing brown vines form repeating scrolls around the blooms, while small leaves fill the open spaces and slim brown lines frame the woven design.

This authentic New Old Stock cotton jacquard was woven in France in 1962 and later discovered in an old curtain shop in the United Kingdom. As the owner prepared to retire, Bluebird was contacted with an offer to purchase nineteen banana boxes filled with vintage fabrics.

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
