Floral medallions alternate with curling forms and diamond centres across a beige base, shifting between golden tan, warm brown and deep aged-brown tones.

What began as an ordinary visit to a small antiques shop near the Eiffel Tower became an unexpected textile discovery. Among the varied objects inside were several New Old Stock woven trims, including this richly shaded cotton jacquard. Its tightly woven construction gives the ornate motifs a smooth and clearly defined surface.

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
