Bluebird Vintage Series - Brussel Aged Brass

AGED BRASS TONES, PURE COTTON WEAVE
Graduated ocher and brown arcs sweep across a pale beige base, separated by small leaf-like details and framed by finely woven borders in warm coordinating tones.

Discovered in Brussels during a Vintage Weave Safari, this New Old Stock trim stood out for achieving an aged-metal appearance without metallic yarn. The effect comes entirely from carefully shaded cotton, revealing the skill built into the original weave. It was selected for Bluebird as one of the more unusual finds from the expedition.

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
