Bluebird Vintage Series - Antwerp Brown vs Beige

EARTHY, WOOL-LIKE COTTON
Raised beige forms repeat across a chocolate-brown base, connected by thick woven details and finished with strongly looped borders.

Discovered in Antwerp during a search through vintage trims, this New Old Stock cotton jacquard drew attention through its unusually thick yarn and hand-worked appearance. Although made entirely from cotton, its fibres were spun to create a wool-like body and substantial texture. The contrast between the compact brown ground and raised beige yarn makes every part of the weave clearly visible.

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
