Bluebird Vintage Series - Antwerp Beige vs Brown

BROWN, WOOL-LIKE COTTON
Raised brown forms move across a beige base in a rounded repeat, enriched by subtle rust-coloured flecks and finished with thick looped borders.

Discovered in Antwerp among a group of heavier vintage trims, this New Old Stock jacquard showed how a wool-like surface could be achieved entirely with cotton. Thickly spun yarn creates pronounced relief, while small variations in colour remain visible throughout the weave. 

Handcrafted with near-invisible, colour-matched stitching, reflecting Bluebird’s attention to detail.
